On Tuesday, November 12, 22 legal volunteers from Comcast and Morgan Lewis assisted 73 homeless individuals (56 adults and 17 children) with their Birth Certificate applications at a HAP birth certificate legal clinic held at Project HOME!

On Tuesday morning, July 16, 2019, HAP and Morgan Lewis hosted a birth certificate clinic. 28 volunteers from law firms Morgan Lewis and Holland & Knight and companies, Prudential and Hewlett Packard processed a total of 85 birth certificate applications, including 64 for adults and 21 for children.

On May 15, 35 volunteers from Comcast and 4 volunteers from the law firm, DLA Piper, processed 112 birth certificate applications (88 for adults and 24 for children) from nine states at Comcast’s 1701 John F. Kennedy Boulevard Headquarters. This crucial identifying document helps our clients access employment, housing, and other services.
